SPECIFICATIONS
Native to New Zealand, this medium sized fruit has an elongated cone shape, a medium to long stalk, and a bright red skin, slightly striped on a yellow background.
Characteristics
The pulp is smooth, sweet, crunchy, aromatic, mildly acidic and fragrant. When harvested, the fruit must have a pulp firmness between 7.0 and 9.0 Kg/cm2 and the refractometric index must be higher than 12% (Brix).
